Bebiana Mangal crowned as Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2019

23-Years-Old Bebiana Mangal was crowned as the winner Miss Universe Saint Lucia 2019. The finale of the pageant was held at the Sandals Grande Resort in Pigeon Island. She will now represent Saint Lucia at Miss Universe 2019 later this year. She was previously a runner-up at Miss World Saint Lucia 2016.
