Teresa Ruglio crowned as Miss Universe Malta 2019

Stunning Teresa Ruglio was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Malta 2019. She is 23 years old and hails from Venezuela. She will now represent Malta at Miss Universe 2019 pageant later this year. She was crowned by Francesca Mifsud as the new Miss Universe Malta.

At the same event, Nicola Grixti declared as the first runner-up while Nicole Mallia was declared as the second runner-up. Malta has never placed in the finale of the Miss Universe pageant. Do you think this year it can change?
