Kaliegh Garris from Connecticut won Miss Teen USA 2019

Kaliegh Garris from Connecticut was crowned as the winner of Miss Teen USA 2019. The finale of the president was held at Grand Sierra Resort, Reno, Nevada. she battled out 50 others contestants in the competition to claim the title of Miss Teen USA. Kaliegh Garris was crowned by outgoing queen Hailey Colborn from Kansas. Olivia Herbert from Minnesota was awarded Miss Congeniality subtitle. The finale was hosted by Nia Sanchez and Tim Tialdo. The complete result of the pageant is as below:

Winner: Connecticut

1st Runner-up: North Dakota

2nd Runner-up: Nevada

3rd Runner-up: Mississippi

4th Runner-up: Alabama

Top 15: Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wyoming.
