Alina Sanko crowned as Miss Russia 2019
Super stunning Alina Sanko was crowned as the winner of Miss Russia 2019. The finale of the pageant was held at Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow. She battled out 49 other contestants to claim the title. Alina Sanko 20-year-old and hails from Azov, Rostov Oblast. She will now represent Russia at Miss Universe 2019 and/or Miss World 2019. She succeeds Yulia Polyachikhina as the new Miss Russia. She walked home with the prize money of three million Russian Rubles.
At the same event, Arina Verina from Yekaterinburg was declared as the first runner-up while Ralina Arabova from Tatarstan was declared as the second runner-up. In case Alina is unable to compete at one of the two listed pageants, one of the runners-up will be appointed for the international pageant. The panel of jury who decided the results included previous winners like Tatyana Kotova, Miss Russia 2006 and Oksana Fedorova, Miss Russia 2001. Ksenia Sukhinova, Miss Russia 2007 and the winner of Miss World 2008, was the host of the show.
