Valerie Binguira crowned as Miss Madagascar 2019

Super stunning Valerie Binguira was crowned as the winner of Miss Madagascar 2019. She will now be representing Madagascar at Miss World 2019 pageant later this year. She succeeds Valisoa Maintsa as the new Miss Madagascar.

At the same event, Honnella Razanadrabe was declared as the first runner-up while Miora Ravelonjatova was declared as the second runner-up. Madagascar is yet to win the crown of Miss World. Do you feel Valerie Binguira can be the first from her country.
