Nikita Tanwani crowned as the winner of TGPC’s Miss India Season-5

23 years old beauty Nikita Tanwani from Jaipur was crowned as the winner of TGPC’s Miss India Season-5. The coronation ceremony was held at Dimple and Amrin Studio in Mumbai. She was crowned by the outgoing queen Adline Mewis Castelino. She battled out 21 other contestants in this contest to claim the title of TGPC’s Miss India on her name. The top 3 winners were styled and groomed by celebrity styling and make-over expert Dimple Mehta. Nikita stands 5’8″ tall and has completed her graduation from BITS Pilani. She is currently working as an Application Engineer in Oracle, Hyderabad and also does part time modelling. Nikita loves folk painting and reading in her leisure time.

At the same event, Garima Yadav from Indore was crowned as the first runner-up and Deekshya Singh from Bhubaneswar was crowned as the second runner-up in the contest. Nikita Tanwani was also crowned as winner of Miss Personality subtitle in the contest. On being asked how does she feel on being crowned as the winner of the 5th edition, she says,”Winning the crown has been the most passionate achievement of my life and I’m extremely grateful to everyone who helped me throughout the journey. The process of TGPC’s Miss India has taught me so much and it will take a while to sink in. Also I’m an extremely ambitious person and can’t wait to start preparing for the next pageant already and bring home more titles .This win has given me a huge confidence boost and I’ll give it my all to make TGPC proud in FMI and future pageants.”

Being a winner of the contest, Nikita got Rs. 5000 cash prize, Beauty Product hamper from Mond’Sub India, Pageant training course from The Tiara Pageant institute, Smile Make-over kit and vouchers from Dr. Nida Khateeb, Skin Treatment kit and voucher from Dr. Akshaya Jain, Western Outfit from Thought Ocean Entertainment, Hair Care and Make-up from duo Shweta Tripathi and Shilpi Verma (Hair and Make-up partner), Tranditional outfit from Moni’s Select, a pair of footwear from Mohak Footwear, A gift hamper from Dimple and Amrin, portfolio shoot by Pepstories Media and Company.
