Kiara Ortega crowned as Miss Universe Puerto Rico

Super stunning Kiara Ortega was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2018 at the end of the national even held last week. The finale of the event was held at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce in San Juan. She will now represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2018. She battled out 28 other contestants to claim the title.

At t Alejandra Pagán, placed 2nd, while Miss Ponce, Alexandra Porrata, was third. The event saw a reunion of past Miss Universe winners from Puerto Rico – Deborah Carthy-Deu, Dayanara Torres, Denise Quiñones and Zuleyka Rivera. This year onwards, Miss Universe 2001-Denise Quinones will be heading the pageant.
