Nia Imani from New York wins Miss America 2019

25 year old Nia Imani representing New York was crowned as Miss America 2019. The finale of the pageant was held at Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Nia battled out 50 other contestants in the competition and  succeeds crowned by Miss America 2018 Cara Mund. The full result is as below.

Winner: Nia Imani, Miss New York

1st Runner-Up: Bridget Oei, Miss Connecticut

2nd Runner-Up: Holli Conway, Miss Louisiana

3rd Runner-Up:  Taylor Tyson, Miss Florida

4th Runner-Up: Gabriela Taveras,  Miss Massachusetts

The show was judged by professional boxer-Laila Ali, radio host-Bobby Bones, Grammy Winning producer and musician-Randy Jackson, country singer and TV personality-Jessie James Decker, TV journalist-Soledad O’Brien, entrepreneur and podcast host Alli Webb and singer/songwriter Carnie Wilson.
