Stunning Mariana García was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Guatemala 2018 title. The finale of the pageant was held at Centro Cultural Miguel Ángel Asturias in Guatemala City. She will now represent Guatemala at Miss Universe 2018 which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand.  Mariana battled out 10 other girls to claim the title. She succeeds Isel Aneli Suñiga Morfín as the new Miss Universe Guatemala.

At the same event, Thalia Carredano was crowned as Miss Grand Guatemala 2018. She will represent Guatemala at Miss Grand International 2018. Keila Rodas finished first runner-up, while Edel Galvez finished as  second runner-up. Valerie Aguilar and Iris Pimentel were third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
