Miss Venezuela 2017 Glam Shots were released on the official instagram account of Miss Venezuela org. The 24 stunning contestants are seen posing in a background filled with orchids (which is the national flower of Venezuela) wearing nude bodysuits that features rhinestones and sequins by Andartu, the tiaras are from Voyage and other accessories are from George Wittels. Alejandro Lee is the man behind the lenses.

Miss Venezuela 2017 will be the 65th edition of the pageant. All 23 states along with Distrito Capital will compete at this year’s pageant. Grand finale of the pageant will take place on Thursday,November 9th at Estudio 1 de Venevisión where Keysi Sayago, Miss Venezuela 2016 will crown her successor at the end of the pageant. Miss Venezuela 2017 winner will represent Venezuela at the 67th edition off the Miss Universe pageant next year. Miss Venezuela 2002 Mariángel Ruiz (first runner-up at Miss Universe 2003) along with Mariela Celis , Henrys Silva and Dave Capella will host this year’s pageant. The Miss Venezuela pageant was established in the year 1952 and since then Venezuela has produced seven Miss Universe winners and six first & second runner-up crowns making it the second most successful country at the Miss Universe pageant after USA.
