Arna Yr Jonsdottir crowned as Miss Universe Iceland 2017

Stunning Arna Yr Jonsdottir has been crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Iceland 2017 contest. The finale of the contest was held in Reykjavik, Iceland. She will now represent Iceland at Miss Universe 2017 later this year. Arna Yr Jonsdottir is 22 years old and stands 5’8″ tall. She succeeds Hildur Maria Leifsdóttir as the new Miss Universe Iceland.

At the same event, Ester Elisabet Gunnarsdottir was crowned as the first runner up and Dagbjort Ruriksdottir was crowned as the second runner-up. Arna is no new to pageantry, she previously represented Iceland at Miss World 2015 and last year she competed for Miss Grand International 2016 title where she left the contest in between for allegedly being asked to reduce the weight [Read full story here].
