Solange Sinclair crowned as Miss World Jamaica 2017
Stunning Solange Sinclair was crowned as the winner of Miss World Jamaica 2017. The finale of the pageant was held at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston. She battled out 17 other contestants to claim the title. She is 24 years old and is a public relations consultant. She will now represent Jamaica at Miss World 2017 later this year in China. Interestingly, the show was hosted by Miss World Jamaica 2007 and Miss Universe Jamaica 2010, Yendi Philips. Solange Sinclair succeeds Ashlie Barrett as the new Miss World Jamaica.
At the same event Diedre McKenzie was declared as the first runner-up while Jeneque Pinnock was declared as the second runner-up. The Top 5 court was completed by Sasha Henry and Brainne St Juster. Apart from the main title, there were subtitles handed over during the pageant which are as below.
