Lauren McDonagh crowned as Miss Ireland 2017
Stunning Lauren McDonagh was crowned as the winner of Miss Ireland 2017 in a national pageant held at Crown Plaza Hotel in Dublin. She is 18 years old and represented the province of Donegal in the pageant. She is studying in health and social care division and also works as a therapist in part time. She battled out 27 other contestants to claim the title. She was crowned by the outgoing queen Niamh Kennedy. Lauren McDonagh will now represent Ireland at Miss World 2017 later this year in China.
At the same event, Tara O’Leary was declared as the first runner up while Vanessa Boland was declared as the second runner-up. finished in third place. Ireland is yet to win the crown of Miss World.
