Alice Manyonok is chosen as Miss International Russia 2016

Alice Manyonok is chosen as Miss International Russia 2016.  She will wear the Russian sash at Miss International 2016 pageant, which will be held in last week of October 2016 in Tokyo, Japan.  Alice succeeds Valeriya Kufterina as Miss International Russia.  Miss International Russia has been created as a new pageant in 2016 only.

21 years of age, Alice Manyonok (sometimes also written, Alisa Manenok) is from Kazan though she was born in Vladivostok.  She is a Volleyball player and a model.  Over the years, she has also competed in numerous beauty pageants.

Russia at Miss International

Russia has placed at Miss International 9 times. Ilmira Shamsutdinova achieved the highest placement for Russia at Miss International. She was 1st runner-up in 1993 edition of Miss International.  Last time Russia placed was in Miss International 2013.  Olga Gaidabura was Top 15 finalist then.  There is a great hype about participation of Alice Manyonok because of her beauty and glamorous looks.   It is to see whether she lives up to the hype.
