Lisa Drouillard is Miss Haiti Universe 2015

Lisa Drouillard has been chosen as Miss Haiti Universe 2015 on 8th November, 2015.  She will compete at Miss Universe 2015 as Miss Haiti.  The finals of Miss Universe 2015 will be held at Las Vegas and Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega will be crowning her successor in the finals.  Lisa Drouillard is the 13th Miss Haiti since 1960.  Lisa Drouillard defeated 8 beauties in the pageant held at Port-Au-Prince.  Lisa Drouillard has a lot of experience in pageantry.  She is Haitian-American.  She won Miss New York Teen USA 2011 and competed in Miss Teen USA 2011 as Miss New York.  Then she won the title of Miss Grand Haiti 2014.  She placed in the Top 10 of Miss Grand International 2014 pageant in Bangkok, Thailand last year.  Her height is 5 feet and 8 inches.

Lisa Drouillard has the chance to be the first Miss Universe from Haiti.  Haiti has placed only twice in Miss Universe.  The first placement was achieved by Evelyn Miot in Miss Universe 1962.  She was Top 15 finalist.  The next and last placement of Haiti was achieved by Gerthie David who finished as the first runner-up to Miss Finland Anne Pohtamo in Miss Universe 1975 that was held in El Salvador.  Last year Miss Haiti Christie Desir could not crack the Top 15 in the finals.

Lisa Drouillard will be having a tough way at Miss Universe 2015.  Many strong girls are competing at the pageant.  Miss Universe Indonesia Anindya Kusuma, Miss India Urvashi Rautela, Miss Universe Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez, Miss Universe Thailand Aniporn Chalermburanawong, Miss Universe Peru Laura Spoya, Miss Universe Australia Monika Radulovic, Miss Universe Puerto Rico Catalina Morales, Miss Universe Venezuela Mariana Jimenez, Miss Universe Myanmar May Barani Thaw, Miss Universe Vietnam Pham Thi Huong, Miss Universe Jamaica Sharlene Radlein, Miss Universe Spain Carla Garcia, Miss Universe Sweden Paulina Brodd, Miss Universe Great Britain Nena France, Miss Universe South Africa Liesl Laurie, Miss USA Olivia Jordan and Miss Universe Canada Paola Nunez Valdez are some of them.
