21 year old Kate Redeker defeated 44 other contestants to win Miss Wisconsin USA 2016 crown. She will represent her state at Miss USA 2016 Pageant next Year. The First Runner Up crown went to Tyra McFarland and Second Runner Up crown went to Heidi Golznig. Wisconsin has never been in Top 2 of Miss USA Pageant. Highest Placement for Wisconsin was at Miss USA 1974 Pageant where Mary Lynn Cook from Wind Lake was crowned second Runner Up. Jodi Bonham bagged Third Runner Up at Miss USA 1967. Bishara Abdirasheed Dorre, former Miss Teen USA Wisconsin 2006 was Top 10 at Miss USA 2014. Rita Delores Younger (1954), Jeanne Marianne Boulay(1955),Kathryn Joy Wituschek(1979) and Caitlin Shea Morrall(2007) are Semi Finalist from Wisconsin at Miss USA Pageant. Miss Wisconsin USA 1999 Elyzabeth Lee Pham won Miss Photogenic at Miss USA 1999. Miss Wisconsin USA 2005 Melissa Consin Young won Miss Congeniality at Miss USA 2005.Diane Modrow bagged best State Costume award at Miss USA 1973.

Kate represented Wisconsin at Miss Teen USA 2013. She was in the Top 16 of the Pageant. This 5 ft 10 inches beauty is a graduate from Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School. She is model by profession and aspires to become a pilot some day & work as search & rescue teams. In spare time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, playing various sports and of course flying.She is a volunteer with various charitable organizations .She has been acknowledged for her partnership with USO’s That’s my dress event.
