Sanneta Myrie wins Miss Jamaica World 2015
Sanneta Myrie was crowned at Miss Jamaica World 2015 at the end of the national pageant held on 15th August. The finale was held at Montego Bay Convention Centre in St James. Sanneta, 24 years old, is a medical student and represented Evergrow Garden Center in the contest. She had to battle out 19 other contestants to win the title of Miss Jamaica World 2015. Sanneta shall now represent Jamaica in Miss World 2015 later this year in China.
Sanneta Myrie also won the Talent Competition before winning the main crown. At the same event, Royanne DeSilva was declared as 1st Runner Up and Roshelle McKinley was declared as 2nd Runner Up. The major crowd favourite Krystal Tomlinson failed to place in Top 5 of the contest and this created a stir in the pageant circuit.
