Exclusive: TGPC’s Second Hot-Picks | Femina Miss India 2014 Coverage
This year the competition in Femina Miss India is stronger than biceps of the top body-builders. That’s funny, particularly because we say this almost every year 🙂 But really, this is one really competitive bunch and Femina team has done a spectacular job is getting their act together – activities, training and all. Lots of new stuff is happening and we are totally loving it!
Last time we presented our choices with “Miss World perspective” & you guys loved it! Thanks 🙂 This time we are shining the spotlights on the USP’s of each of the girls in the Top 10 – our sweet attempt to cherish them and help them appreciate this wonderful phase of their lives.
So here we begin with our Experts’ Choice Top 10…
First we have… Deepti Sati! (Rank 10)
USP: Pageant experience. Like Koyal, Deepti has been in the pageant world since long. She exudes deep sincerity.
Come and join us… Medhini Igoor! (Rank 9)
USP: Smart, overall a nice package. She is not the “too brain and no beauty” types and she is also not the “too beauty and no brain” types. She has both the qualities in good proportions.
Take your place… Nikhila Nandgopal! (Rank 8)
USP: Youthfulness, overall a nice package. Spotted by Prasad Bidappa, this girl has sowed the seeds of appreciation and hope in the hearts of many fans.
Get ready, now it’s time for… Malati Chahar! (Rank 7)
USP: Facial beauty. She is a classy, Bollywood-ish beauty who can be easily imagined with a Bollywood superstar or as a soap-opera lead.
You have been waiting for this moment… Mansi Grewal! (Rank 6)
USP: Youthfulness, overall a nice package. Mansi is strong in all aspects, may it be body, personality or beauty. Her youthfulness makes her look like a budding flower.
Getting nearer to the crown… Jhataleka Malhotra! (Rank 5)
USP: Facial beauty. Her charming and sexy look can grab anyone’s attention. At any international pageant, she will easily grab anyone’s attention.
And next we have… Aradhana Nayar! (Rank 4)
USP: Strong combination of good body and impressive personality. Aradhana has a very toned and shapeful body. Her personality exudes confidence as clearly seen in her introduction video. Judges will find it tough to ignore this beauty.
Now is the time for final results…
The second Runner-up is… Yoshiki Sindhar!
USP: A well-rounded package. Yoshiki is smart and beautiful. Her face has international appeal. Her dusky skin-tone is exquisite. Her body is good. She is sincere and determined. Her passion to win is clearly visible in her efforts. Overall she has good potential and with proper grooming, she can do wonders at any international pageant.
The first Runner-up is… T J Bhanu!
USP: Communication skills. TJ Bhanu impressed everyone with her personality during the introduction videos. She is highly comfortable and confident in expressing herself. In case she makes it to the Top 10 in the finale, it can be easy for her to grab a spot in the Top 3.
And the winner is…
USP: Pageant Experience. Koyal Rana won the Miss Universal Teen Pageant in the year 2009 defeating the likes of Vanya Mishra (Miss World 2012 finalist) and Urvashi Rautela (Miss Tourism Queen of the Year 2011). The experience is helping Koyal a lot and is giving her an edge over the other contestants.

Fall in ranking: Jhataleka, Nikhila, Malati, Deepti, Varsha
