Stunning Iana Tickle Garcia was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Jamaica 2019. She will now represent Jamaica at Miss Universe 2019 later this year. The finale of the pageant was held at the National Arena in Kingston. Iana battled out 17 other contestants in the contest to claim the title. Apart from the main title, she also won Best in Evening Gown subtitle.

At the same event, Toni-Ann Lalor and Siân Graham Connolly placed first and second runners-up, respectively. Sasha Henry, Aiysha Hemmings, and Chevonne Beadle completed the Top 6 court.
