At the conclusion of the star studded night that happened on 15th June 2019, Suman Rao from Rajasthan emerged as the winner of Femina Miss India 2019 pageant. The finale of the pageant was held at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium, Mumbai. Suman battled out the contestants from across 29 other states to claim the title. She will now represent India at Miss World 2019 that will be held in London in December 2019. The finale was hosted by Karan Johar, Manish Paul and Manushi Chhillar. The finale also saw the performances from super stars like Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Mouni Roy and Norah Fatehi. Reigning Miss World Vanessa Ponce was also one of the jury members in the finale.

At the same event, Shivani Jadhav from Chattisgarh was crowned as Miss India Grand 2019 and will be representing India at Miss Grand International 2019 later this yer. While, Shreya Shanker from Bihar was crowned as Miss India United Continents 2019 and will be representing India at Miss United Continents 2019 later this year. Sanjana Vij from Telangana was sashed as the runner-up. Representatives of Assam and Uttar Pradesh completed the Top 6 court. While representatives of Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram and Uttrakhand were Top 12.

Siddhi Gupta from Uttrakhand was awarded the title of Miss Multimedia which got her direct placement in to the Top 12 and Lakshmi Menon from Kerala was award the subtitle of Beauty with a Purpose.
