Miss Universe 2018 Hotpicks: First Impression

South Africa’s Demi Leigh Nel Peters is all set to pass on her Miss Universe crown to the next winner in coming days. Bangkok, Thailand is serving as the perfect host city for the 95 gorgeous Miss Universe 2018 Contestants.  This batch is legit one of the strongest ones in the recent history of the pageant. Surprisingly Africa has a strong contestant with South Africa leading the torch for them. On the other hand Europe comes across as the weakest link over here. Spain & Great Britain have the highest chances of placing from the continent closely followed by Hungary & Malta. So far it is safe to say the crown is between Asia or the Americas. Here’s presenting our first analysis from the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.

Our top 2 for the Miss Universe 2018 pageant are former Miss World alumni. Catriona Gray of the Philippines is currently leading our list. She is the girl to beat and this girl has left no stone unturned for the pageant. Ecuador’s Virginia Limongi is one of the prettiest faces of the pageant. She has got training from some of the best pageant experts in The Philippines and is giving us A-List Hollywood Star vibe.

Bravo! South Africa for sending such a strong delegate to defend their crown. Tamaryn Green has everything that will take her far in the contest and she can easily deliver a Back 2 Back victory for South Africa. After a non-placement streak for 3 years, India is back on track with the stunning fitness expert Nehal Chudasama. Who with her killer abs and walk will surely make her way to the top. Rounding up our top 5 is the most adorable and underrated contestant of the Miss Universe 2018 pageant and that lady is none other than Miss Universe Australia, Francesca Hung. This Half Chinese-Australian beauty has everything from, beauty to personality that the new Miss Universe Organization prefers.

Romina Lozano of Peru was the first girl to be crowned as Miss Universe 2018 delegate. She has rightfully used her time in preparing her self for the pageant and with a face and body like that we are sure she is going to cause some upsets. While en route to the pageant Miss Canada, Marta Stepien made a pit stop at Dubai to walk at Arab Fashion Week as a show stopper for Dubai based Filipino designer Michael Cinco. This statuesque beauty reminds us of past Miss Universe winners from the Trump era and we would love to see someone like that take home the crown this year. Kiara Ortega of Puerto Rico is everything a Miss Puerto Rico is known for. With the new franchise and strong profile, Puerto Rico might be destined to break their nonplacement streak this year. Often girls from tiny countries like Curaçao ignored but this year Akisha Albert is going to change that with her flawless features and walk. Since their win at Miss Universe 2011, Angola has failed to make any gains at the Miss Universe pageant. Ana Liliana Avião Angola’s representative this year has the IT  Factor, Towering height and amazing communication skills to sail her through to the semi-finals.

Japan is on a roll this year at pageants they have managed to place in almost all of them and Yuumi Kato they will surely have a happy ending to 2018. One of the most outgoing and vivacious girls that we have come across in pageantry lately is Sarah Rose Summers of USA. She pulled off a major upset at the Miss USA pageant can she repeat the same at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant? I don’t remember when Nigeria last placed at Miss Universe but I definitely want this stunning ebony goddess Aramide Lopez to place high and hopefully win it all. Meisu Qin of China can easily be mistaken for a Chinese model walking down the runway at Paris or Milan fashion week. China has never won Miss Universe can she bring home the first crown for her country?  Rounding up our top 15 is the host delegate, Miss Thailand, Sophida Kanchanarin. Her looks might be polarizing for some but no one can deny her strong communication skills and charming personality we hope this girl gets her due.
