The finale of Miss Bolivia 2018 was concluded with election of representatives for Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Grand International, Miss International and Miss United Continents.  The finale of the pageant was held at the Salón Sirionó dela FexPo in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Miss Santa Cruz Joyce Prado Ribera battled out 24 other contestants to win the title of Miss Universe Bolivia. She will now represent Bolivia at Miss Universe 2018 later this year.

While, Miss Beni María Elena Antelo Molina won the title of Miss International Bolivia 2018 crown. She will now represent Bolivia at Miss International 2018.

Elena Antonia Romero Zambrana was crowned as Miss Bolivia Grand 2018 and Valentina Ramallo Gajardo was appointed as Miss United Continents Bolivia 2018.
