Stunning Lea Šteflíčková was crowned as the winner of Ceska Miss 2018. She will now represent Czech Republic at Miss Universe 2018 later this year. She succeeds Michaela Habáňová as the new Ceska Miss.

At the same event, Tereza Křivánková was crowned as the winner of Česká Miss Earth 2018. She will now represent Czech Republic at Miss Earth 2018. She succeeds Iva Uchytilová as the new Ceska Miss Earth. While Jana Šišková was crowned as the winner of Česká Miss Supranational 2018. She will represent Czech Republic at Miss Supranational 2018. She succeeds Tereza Vičková as the new Ceska Miss Supranational.
