Natividad Leiva has won the title of Miss Universe Chile 2017. She succeeds Catalina Cáceres as Miss Universe Chile title-holder and will represent Chile at Miss Universe 2017 in Las Vegas. Valentina Schnitzer was 1st runner-up and Ingrid Aceitón was 2nd runner-up in the event.
