Sotheary Bee is chosen as Miss Universe Cambodia 2017
Sotheary Bee was crowned as Miss Cambodia on October 14, 2016 at the Grand Ballroom, Nagaworld Hotel, Phnom Penh. She is supposed to make debut for Cambodia in Miss Universe 2017. She will compete with 80-100 other stunners to win the title of Miss Universe 2017, thus succeeding Iris Mittenaere of France as Miss Universe title-holder. Sotheary may also represent Cambodia at Miss Earth 2017.
Sotheary Bee is from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Sotheary is a pageant veteran. She was also in Super Model International 2015 (2nd Runner up) and Miss SouthEast Asian 2014 ( Miss Elegance & Best Evening Gown ). She is the very first winner of Miss Cambodia pageant. The pageant aims to be a brand new of a truly national beauty contest in Cambodia and a pioneer Miss Cambodia in new era.
