Catriona Gray was crowned as the winner of Miss World Philippines 2016 on 2nd October 2016 at Manila Hotel. She succeeds Hillarie Danielle Parungaoas the new Miss World Philippines. She will now represent Philippines in Miss World 2016 later this year in Washington DC, USA. She battled out other 24 delegates in order to claim the title.

At the same event, Arienne Louise Braga Calingo was declared asthe first runner up, where as Ivanna Kamil Suficiencia Pacis waswas declared as the second runner-up. Marah O Munoz and Sandra Raymundo Lemonon finished as third and fourth runner-up respectively.

Catriona Gray is a professional model, singer and a blogger. She has a Master certificate in Music. She’s 22 years old and stands 5’10” tall. Catriona can also play guitar and has a blackbelt in Choi Kwang Do. The finale was hosted by Richard Gutierrez, Filipino actor, Gwendoline Ruais, Miss World Philippines 2011 and Queenie Ajero Rehman, Miss World Philippines 2012.
