Rewati Chetri crowned Senorita India 2016 !!!
Rewati Chetri from Guwahati,Assam defeated 16 other contestants to bag the crown of Senorita India 2016. Grand finale of Senorita India 2016 took place on 11th of September 2016 at Novotel Hotel in Pune,Maharashtra. Rewati will represent India at the Miss International 2016 pageant which will take place next month in Tokyo,Japan. Senorita India 2016 was the first edition of the pageant. Miss International pageant has been India’s Achille Heels at beauty pageants despite winning several runner-up crowns India is yet to win a crown there. In the same event Arushi Sharma was crowned as Miss Intercontinental India 2016 she will be heading to Sri Lanka next month to represent India at Miss Intercontinental pageant. Senorita India 2016 contestants were groomed by fashion choreographer Lovell Prabhu and Aital Khosla the reigning Miss India Earth 2015.

23-year-old Rewati was born in Guwahati,Assam. Rewati is a commerce graduate and is pursuing Law from Guwahati University, She is full-time model and an actress. Rewati was a top 10 finalist at Femina Miss India 2014 pageant where she won Miss Popular and Miss Multimedia subtitles. She was also top 5 finalists at Femina Miss India Kolkatta 2014 pageant. Rewati represented India at World Miss University 2016 pageant where she bagged the continental queen of Asia crown.
