Sofia del Prado Prieto from Spain crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2015

Sofia del Prado Prieto who represented Spain was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2015 on 24th October 2015 in the finale held at Hall of Fexpo Guarayo in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Sofia had to battle out 23 other delegates from across America continent to claim the title of Reina Hispanoamericana 2015. She was crowned by out going queen Romina Rocamonje, Reina Hispanoamericana 2014, from Bolivia.

Sofia del Prado Preito is a 20-year-old beauty who is a student and in third year of International Relations course. She knows 3 language, English, French & German a part from Spanish. At the same event, Laura Garcete from Paraguay was crowned Virreina Hispano (Vice Queen). The girls from Aruba, Venezuela, Argentina and Curacao were a part of Top 6 court.

The finale started with contestants introducing themselves to the Audience in their national costumes. The finalists then paraded into Swimsuit and Evening Gown round to determine the final winner. Sofia previously competed for the title of Miss Universe Spain 2015 where she was declared second runner-up to the main winner Carla Garcia.Sofia del Prado Preito was favourite to win the contest from the beginning.

Digene Zimmerman from Aruba was declared as the first runner-up, Karielys Cuadros from Venezuela was declared as the second runner-up, Yoana Yon from Argentina was declared as the third runner-up and Neyda Lithgow from Curacao was declared as the fourth runner-up. Dominican Republic, Panama and Mexico completed the Top 9 Semi-finalist, out of a total of 24 competitors.
