Top 5 of Miss Grand International 2015 Evening Gown Round
Stunning 77 Contestants Miss Grand International 2015 paraded in Swimsuit portion and Evening Gown round of preliminary contest. There were few surprises and few disappointments. However, most of the front-runners were strong enough to be worthy of the hype that was created around them. Our pageant expert Daniel D’souza analysed all the girls in Evening Gown portion and picked Top 5 of Miss Grand International 2015 Evening Gown round. Remember, it’s not about the gown design but about how the girls performed. Let us have a look who all made to his list.
Winner: India, Vartika Singh
That high slight body hugging golden gown made her curves look even more fabulous. She looked like a golden trophy in that gown. Her entry to exit was pitch perfect. She is also the most beautiful face out there, in my opinion. Many people often pointed out a slight of resemblance between Vartika Singh and Penelope Cruz. In the end, the way she took half turn people went gaga over it.
1st Runner-up: Thailand, Rattikorn Kunsom
Thailand The.moment she started her performance, crowd went wild cheering for her so loud. Her evening gown was one of the finest gowns of the pageantry, sheer gold with see through element, covered perfectly only where it was required..!!!The loud noise from crowd must have boosted her confidence and this must have resulted into a super performance.
2nd Runner-up: Brazil, Paula Gomes
Brazil truly aced the competition with right attitude when it was required the most. That elegance and that aura was just beyond expressions. Her white gown with cap sleeves and V neckline highlighted her assets in graceful manner. The gown also featured red appliqué across the bodice.
3rd Runner-up: Costa Rica, Mariela Aparicio
Silver + Sheer, that’s what her gown defines Costa Rica. Those sparkling stone work on the top part of the gown really made her performance remarkable. Costa Rica looked elegant with that flowy bottom of the gown. She might not be on to get to perform in Evening Gown tomorrow, as she might get eliminated before, but I personally loved her.
4th Runner-up: Ethopia, Bethelhem Belay
This Black Barbie went for with tricky white gown which perfectly blended with her body and contradicting her skin tone which made her an instant stand out on the stage. I loved how she played with her two ends. The touch of golden embroidery on the neckline with those pearl necklace was really good. She really seemed to be enjoying herself in this round.
