Miss Upper Cumberland USA Hope Stephens bagged the crown of Miss Tennessee USA 2016 on 10th October 2016 at the Mabry Concert Hall ,Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was crowned by the outgoing Miss Tennessee USA 2015 Kiara Young. Hope will represent Tennessee at Miss USA 2016 Pageant next year. Erin Hatley  Miss West TN was crowned first runner up where as Miss Greater Nashville USA Sara Cardona bagged the second runner up crown. In the same event  was crowned as Miss Teen Tennessee USA 2016. She will represent Tennessee at Miss Teen USA 2016 next year.

Tennessee has two Miss USA crowns in 2000 Lynnette Cole represented USA at Miss Universe 2000 pageant and bagged Top 5 placement. In 2007 the stunning Rachel Smith became the second and last Miss USA winner from Tennessee. Rachel represented United States at Miss Universe Pageant in Mexico where she was mercilessly  booed by the audience during Top 5 Question and Answer round. Tennessee also has two first runner up crown at Miss USA pageant.Morgan High in 1999 and Ashley Durham in 2011. Tennessee does well at Miss USA pageant with two Miss USA & First Runner  UP crowns they also have four second runner up,two third & fourth runner up crowns. Tennessee has been in semi finals 19 times.

19 year old Hope Stephens from Livingston, Tennessee is not new to pageant scene she has  competed  in various Teen pageant in last few years. She was crowned as Miss Tennessee Teen United States 2014 she represented United states at Miss Teen United States 2014 where she was in top 10. She also competed in Miss Teen  Tennessee USA 2014 where she was crowned as first runner up.
