Alexandra Elizabeth Parker was crowned Miss Earth Dominican Republic 2015 at the conclusion of the national pageant She is 20 years old and stands 6 feet tall. This dusky beauty will now represent Dominican Republic in Miss Earth 2015, which shall be held in Vienna, Austria later this year. The reigning Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2015, Clarissa Molina was also present during the event. Alexandra Elizabeth Parker is an established model working for a Miami-based agency. She was born in  La Altagracia. She can speak Spanish and English fluently.

Dominican Republic has never won the crown of Miss Earth till date. However, in 2005, Amell Santana from Dominican Republic went on to place as 1st runner-up in the pageant and wining the title of Miss Earth Air 2005. In 2007, Themys Febriel placed in Top 16 at Miss Earth. However, Dominican Republic didn’t have much successful placement record after that.

Alexandra will face a tough competition from few girls like Chavika Watrsang from Thailand, Miss Ecuador Angela Bonilla, Miss Colombia Estefania Muñoz, Miss Malaysia Danielle Wong, Miss Philippines Angelia Ong, Miss United States Brittany Ann Payne and Miss Kenya Linda Gatere, Gladys Flores from Mexico, Sophie Tautzer from Austria, Carmen Jaramillo from Panama etc.

Do you think Alexandra Elizabeth Parker has what it takes to be the next Miss Earth? Do you think she can break the non placement curse for her country and get a finalist spot in the finale of Miss Earth? We feel her height and her dusky tone will definitely help her stand out from the bunch and help her better in sub-contests. She may just be another Amell Santana for Dominican Republic for 2015. At the moment, we feel she is strong and if we had to pick up a girl of colour, she would be our favourite most girl as of now.
