Meet Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 Contestants

Vietnam returns to Miss Universe Pageant after a hiatus of one year. Meet the 45 stunning Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 Contestants (Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Việt Nam). Winner of Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 will represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2015 Pageant which will be held later this year. The finale will take place on 3rd October. Diamond Bay Resort at Nha Trang city , Khanh Hoa Province will host the finale.

SG UniCorp is the franchise holder of Miss Universe Vietnam. They are sending delegates since 2011. Vietnam hosted Miss Universe Pageant in 2008 where Dayana Mendoza from Venezuela bagged the crown. Truong Thi May was the last Vietnamese representative at Miss Universe Pageant. She competed in 2013 edition which was held in Moscow,Russia.

Nguyễn Thuỳ Lâm became the first Vietnamese delegate to place in the Top 15 of Miss Universe Pageant. She failed to enter the Top 10 of Miss Universe 2008 Pageant. Winner of Miss Vietnam Universe 2015 Will receive 200.000.000 VND in cash. Where as the first runner-up and second runner-up will get 100.000.000 VND in cash. The contestants will compete in five sub contests. Miss Beach, Miss ‘Ao Dai’(National Costume). Miss Photogenic, Miss Congeniality( Contestants will vote for their favourite Contestant), Miss Fan Vote where audience can vote for their favourite contestant. Winner of the sub contests will receive 200.000.000 VND in cash.

Miss World Vietnam 2014 – Nguyễn Thị Loan and top 25 at Miss World 2014 Pageant is also competing at this pageant. There is a separate pageant that elects candidates for Miss World & Miss International Pageant. Vietnam debuted at Miss Universe Pageant in the year 2004. Hoàng Khánh Ngọc was the first Vietnamese delegate at Miss Universe pageant.
