Jessica Xue named as Miss Universe China 2015

Jessica Xue was crowned as Miss Universe China 2015 at the end of the magnificent national event held at Shanghai Pudong Shangri-La Hotel Ballroom. Jesscia battled out 14 other stunning girls to win the title. Jessica is 21 years old and stands 175 cm tall. She comes from Shenzhen. By winning this title, Jessica Xue now gets an official right to represent China at Miss Universe 2015. The out going queen Yanliang Hu, Miss Universe China 2014, crowned Jessica at the end of the event.

At the same event, Aurora Wang was crowned as 1st runner-up and Erica Zhao was crowned as 2nd runner-up. Jessicaa Xue was a surprise winner of the event and many pageant fans were disappointed at the heavy favourites Rebecca and Erica missing the main crown. However, there was also a group of pageant followers who appreciated the beauty of Jessica a lot and also made a comment that facially, she is the best Miss China till date, even better Luo Zi Lin. Well, we leave it up to them to decide.

China started sending candidates to Miss Universe in 2002 where Zhuo Ling, the first Chinese representative, bagged the Second Runner Up crown. Luo Zilin bagged Fourth runner Up crown in 2011 edition of Miss Universe.China placed last in 2013 when Jin Ye placed in Top 15. China also won Best National costume in 2012 and Miss Congeniality award in 2007 and 2009. China is being mentored by Yue-Sai Kan presently. She bagged the rights to select Chinese delegate in 2011. Yue is making an attempt for China to win first the Miss Universe crown under her direction.
